Anxiety in these days

I hear and see how anxiety is running rampant in our day and age. Group therapy helps one learn how to manage one’s anxiety by knowing and expressing needs. The more we are in touch with our needs (there are about 40 needs including acceptance, closeness, empathy, love and warmth) the less anxiety (or depression) we will experience. A therapy group of mine teaches this kind of “needs literacy. ”
